Lance Corporal Donald Neville Formoy, 6 troop, was killed in action at Dragone Hill, Salerno. He was originally buried with a religious cemetery by the house at the top of the steps on the West side of Hill in a communal grave with Capt. Mason and Pte D. Bennett.
Prior to military service in 1939 Donald Formoy was employed as a Textile Foreman and Despatch Manager residing at Eastcote Road, Harrow, with Harold and Gladys Maud Formoy, and Percy Formoy (aged 28).
