William Edward Brown 41 Ind Cdo RM
Marine William Brown served throughout WWII. Married to Annie. Reported missing during operations in Korea with 41 Independent Commando RM, later confirmed a prisoner of war. Captured 30 October 1950. Released August 1953 aged 32.
