Albert Edward Foot served in the Royal Marines from 13 October 1953 to 21 September 1961. He had numerous postings including amongst others HMS Ricasoli (Phoenicia) Malta, HMS Royal Prince, Gunnery School RM, HMS Albion, RMB Eastney, ITCRM, and from 28 March 1961 to 2 September 1961 in 45 Commando RM.
